Reservations can be made directly via our website! You must pay 50% of the total amount immediately, the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 1 month before the start of your stay.
If you reserve less than a month in advance, you pay the entire travel sum immediately. The deposit must be paid no later than 5 days before the start of the booking. If applicable, you will receive two reminder emails containing a payment link.

In the preseason, winter and late season, we also offer bookings for 2 nights in addition to week, weekend and midweek bookings.

In principle we only offer week, weekend and midweek bookings in high season.

• Long weekend: Friday-Monday, 4 days / 3 nights
• Midweek: Monday-Friday, 5 days / 4 nights
• Week: Monday-Monday or Friday-Friday, 8 days / 7 nights

Shorter time units can be used in the peak season can only be booked last minute (1 week before the reservation). If you have different wishes, ask us about the options and we will look at the options together.

After your online reservation you will immediately receive the reservation confirmation and payment confirmation by email! Please check your spam if you have not received these emails. If there are any uncertainties or questions, it is best to contact us via email info@geldersebootverhuur.nl.

In case you are unable to book, please send us a message through it Contact Form or per e-mail. We will contact you as soon as possible to look for a solution.

This is only possible if you choose to take out cancellation insurance with Kuiper Verzekeringen during the booking or if you have a continuous cancellation insurance yourself.

The costs for final cleaning are € 60.00, these are already included in the rent.

The tenant's own risk is € 1000. The tenant is liable for damage up to the amount of the deductible. The tenant is fully liable for damage caused by intentional or gross negligence (drunkenness, etc.).

The stove and hob on Houseboat Marbella are gas powered. There is a gas bottle with 10.5 kg on board (with normal use this is more than enough for a week). We also offer you the option to purchase an extra gas bottle.

In addition to the prices shown, temporary promotions may run on our homepage or our Facebook page. So be sure to check our homepage or Facebook page every now and then!

Barbecuing with a charcoal barbecue is not allowed on our house boats. We do offer you the option to book a Cobb barbecue.

No, because of the high risk of damage to the boat, bicycles are not allowed on deck. On the grounds of the harbor there is a bicycle shed where bicycles may of course be parked.

Comfortable clothing, toiletries and of course don't forget the sunscreen, mosquito repellent and swimwear! Fun games and a flashlight are always handy too! Towels and bed linen (including duvets and pillows,  if not booked!). And of course good sense!

Flat shoes (due to possible damage to the deck and for your safety, only rubber sole cleaning shoes should be worn on board).

Don't forget to bring enough food and drinks with you! You can also book a picnic basket or drinks package with your reservation, of course great for the day of arrival! There is also the possibility to have dinner or lunch at the Brasserie on the site of the Marina. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance of approximately 15 – 20 minutes.

At Gelderse Bootverhuur you can rent a houseboat all year round. The house boats are very comfortable even on a cold winter day – because of the good insulation. It is definitely recommended to book a houseboat last minute on a beautiful winter day and enjoy the enchanting winter landscape.

You will be sailed with us! Our experienced skippers sail the houseboat to the overnight location of your choice. Gelderse Bootverhuur has selected the 6 most beautiful locations within the Rhederlaag Recreation Area for you! So you can enjoy your stay completely carefree! Self-sailing with the house boats is not allowed.

Our house boats are located on a newly constructed jetty, just outside the harbor of Marina 't Eiland† From these beautiful moorings, the house boats already have a beautiful wide view of the water! Our skippers will sail you on request to one of the six most beautiful spots within the Rhederlaag Recreation Area (if weather conditions permit). Of course you can also choose to spend the night at the permanent berth.

Our house boats are in a beautiful location, just outside the harbor of Marina 't Eiland in Lathum: approximately 15 km from Arnhem, 14 km from Zevenaar, 21 km from Doetinchem, 32 km from Nijmegen and 31 km from Emmerich (Germany).

You can park for free in parking lot P1 of Jachthaven 't Eiland.

We will be happy to welcome you on arrival and bring you to the boat you have reserved. Here you will receive a welcome package from us and we will show you all the ins and outs of the house boat. The current status of the houseboat, the engine and the complete equipment and inventory will be checked with you on the basis of a check and inventory list, confirmed and signed by both you and us on handover.

If desired, you can safely store your suitcases with us. We would like to hear if you want to make use of this.

You can find this in the information about the boat. If you arrive at a different time or want to check out earlier, please let us know as soon as possible.

There is a welcome package on board with, among other things, walking and cycling routes, restaurant tips, information about the area, information about Jachthaven 't Eiland and information about events.
In addition, we ensure that the following items are present on arrival:

• Package with washing up liquid, dish cloth, scouring pad and garbage bags;
• Coffee & tea making facilities, chocolate milk, sugar and milk;
• Shower gel, shampoo and soap (mini-pack);
• Something delicious for coffee / tea.

The houseboat must be handed over broom clean and with clean crockery to an employee of Gelderse Boatverhuur at the agreed check-out time. The waste must also be removed. We will then fully check the boat together with you on the basis of the check and inventory list.

Marina 't Eiland has an environmental street where you can dispose of all your waste separately: glass, paper, plastic and residual waste.

The house boats are all equipped with a refrigerator and freezer.

The houseboat has a water tank with a capacity of about 60 to 170 liters, depending on the boat. You should of course take this into account when showering and using water. If you need extra water in between, you can top up on the jetty. We advise you to bring your own bottled drinking water on board.

The power on board works with a 12 volt connection. The 12 volt battery is charged by the motor and solar panels on the roof.

230 volts are available in the harbor via a shore power cable. The use of appliances with a voltage of 230 volts is only possible when there is a shore connection.

No, the toilet paper is provided by Gelderse Bootverhuur. This toilet paper is self-dissolving, so the toilet does not get clogged. You will receive the necessary instructions for this during check-in. Please note, if the toilet becomes clogged, an amount of € 100 will be charged.
To flush the toilet, water is drawn in outside. All waste water is collected in the waste water tank and pumped out after your stay.

At the permanent berth, just outside the harbour, you can use the WiFi network of Jachthaven 't Eiland for free. The houseboat itself is not equipped with WiFi.

The person named in the rental agreement is responsible for the safety of all passengers on board. He / she must treat the houseboat as his / her own property.

A fishing license is required to fish from the houseboat. At the reception of Marina 't Eiland you can apply for a fishing pass.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our houseboats.
